When will my order be shipped
Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday up until Sunday evening will be packed and shipped the following Monday.

Watermans Global will ships to ALL countries worldwide.
Watermans also holds stock in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain in our Amazon warehouse. If you live close to one of these locations might use our amazon delivery service to get your orders faster to you.
How much is shipping?
Watermans provides all customers with 100% FREE Postage on all Items over £30 only in the UK. A small postage charge will be applied for orders outside the UK.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders: 2-4 working days.
International Orders (Outside UK): 5-12 working days.

Is my package tracked?
Some parcels are tracked if you have provided your mobile phone number. Shortly after your item has been posted out, you will receive an email containing delivery information from our parcel company. Check spam filters for ParcelHub
Can I cancel or return my order?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. Once you receive it you can send back for a refund. Contact us here
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What if my shipping address that I provided is incorrect?

If we have already shipped the item, and you provided us with the incorrect shipping address we cannot give you a refund, nor ship the product to a different address.
Make sure you look for an email with your delivery confirmation from our couriers.
If you choose to return an item(s) to us, you will be liable for any shipping charges unless the item(s) is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
A refund will only be issued if your item(s) is returned to us within 14 days after the date of receipt and must be unopened, unused & have all seals intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that the above has not been adhered to.
Any items received after 14 days after the date of receipt will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your own expense.
Please note: Watermans Global LTD will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the returned item(s) during transit and, for this reason; we recommend that you package the item(s ) correctly and securely and request proof of postage from your chosen delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Free Shipping is a cost paid by us.
When we say free shipping this is a hidden cost Watermans Global Ltd pays to the postage companies. Approx £4.50 in the UK rest of the world £20 - This shipping fee will not be refunded.
What if the item I purchased was by mistake?
If the item was purchased by mistake we will happy to refund the purchase price excluding our cost of postage and packaging as long as the item is unopened, in its original packaging, security seals are still intact and both the packaging and item(s) are un-damaged. Please note we retain the right to deduct the original postage cost from any refund made to you. If you wish to return any item for a full refund, you must to do so within 7 days and at your own expense.
How to return unopened products.
To return an item you MUST first obtain returns form either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have received your return we will either replace the item(s) or issue you with a refund.
Please allow 30 days from the day you return your parcel for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the item (excluding postage cost).
PLEASE NOTE: All items must be returned to us within 14 days after the date of receipt and will only be credited to the original payment method. Customers are liable for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
Refunds or exchanges will NOT be processed unless we receive your completed returns form.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
